Las Larguchonas son flautas que podrían pasar desapercibidas ya que su contenido es el tradicional en ese tipo de alimento, quizá su tamaño sea un poco más largo (de ahí si nombre). Lo que las hace excepcionales es que las sirven bañadas con una especie de salsa, que no es más que crema, un poco rebajada o sea más líquida de lo que sería la crema regular, mezclada con dos diferentes salsas ácidas y queso rallado, dicha mezcla es la que hace la diferencia en el sabor, además de que las hace atractivas a la vista. Los locales son pequeños pero existe la posibilidad de adquirir para llevar o bien entrega a domicilio con un pequeño cargo extra. Ah! Y el precio es muy accesible.
